This is the goo that I made with Andrea's recipe. Yum!

• 1 1/2 C Sugar
• 1/2 C Cocoa
• 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
• 1/2 stick butter
• 3/4 C Water

Bring contents to boil in sauce pan. While still hot, serve over yellow cake. Ummm...
