This morning at about 6:45 am we were awakened with news of a fire near campus. We evacuated by 7:20AM to Camarillo. Now we're at a friends house in the Conejo Valley. Here are some photos of the smoke over campus on the way out.

Glad you are safe. Hope your stuff is safe too.
Let us know if you need a place to stay next. I know the commute would stink, but it'd sure be fun.

WOW! Now that I've read more and seen more on the news, I recognize that this has been way bigger than just a precautionary evacuation (much more than "better safe than sorry").
We're praying for your family and the whole community, including the church/preschool.
